Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how cancellations, subscription changes, downgrades after non-payment, and refunds work for Qurbo. This Policy is part of the Qurbo Terms of Service and applies to your use of www.qurbo.ai, app.qurbo.ai, qrb.sh, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Company: Qurbo Pte. Ltd. Address: 68 Circular Road, #02-01, 049422, Singapore Support: care@qurbo.ai 1) Key definitions Paid Subscription: A paid plan (monthly, annual, or other billing interval) that grants access to paid features. Billing Period: The recurring period you have paid for (for example, monthly or annual). Downgraded Access: A limited, no-cost access state that may apply after your Paid Subscription ends (for example, due to cancellation or non-payment). 2) Billing and renewals Billing provider. Payments are processed by Stripe. Auto-renewal. Paid Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each Billing Period unless you cancel before renewal. Taxes. Prices shown at checkout may exclude applicable taxes (such as VAT/GST/sales tax) unless stated otherwise. 3) How to cancel You can cancel your Paid Subscription: through your account/billing settings in the Service (if available), or by emailing care@qurbo.ai from the email address associated with your account/workspace. 4) When cancellation takes effect Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law: Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current Billing Period. You will not be charged for the next Billing Period if you cancel before renewal. You remain responsible for any amounts incurred before the cancellation effective date. 5) What happens if you stop paying (Downgraded Access) 5.1 No standalone free plan Qurbo may offer free trials or promotional access from time to time. Otherwise, access without an active Paid Subscription is intended to be available only as Downgraded Access after a Paid Subscription ends (for example, if you cancel or stop paying). 5.2 Downgraded Access behavior If your Paid Subscription ends (including due to cancellation, expiration, or non-payment), we may place your workspace into Downgraded Access. In Downgraded Access: Your existing links/QR codes keep working. Previously created links/QR codes will continue to resolve/redirect, so distributed codes don’t suddenly break. Creation is disabled. You cannot create new links/QR codes. Editing destinations is disabled. You cannot change the destination URL of existing links/QR codes. Analytics retention is limited. You can view only the most recent 2–3 days of click/scan analytics (for example, roughly the last 72 hours). Older analytics may not be accessible. 5.3 Safety and enforcement exceptions Downgraded Access does not limit Qurbo’s ability to disable links/QR codes or restrict access where needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or policy enforcement. 6) Failed payments / non-payment If a payment fails (for example, due to an expired card), Stripe may retry the charge and/or prompt you to update your payment method. If payment is not successfully completed, we may: restrict paid features, place your workspace into Downgraded Access as described above, and/or suspend access to the Service until payment is resolved. 7) Refund policy 7.1 General rule: subscription fees are non-refundable To the maximum extent permitted by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for: partial Billing Periods, unused time, unused capacity, or early cancellation. 7.2 Exceptions We may provide a refund or credit only in the following situations: Where required by law. If mandatory consumer protection laws apply and require a refund, we will comply. Billing errors. If you believe you were charged incorrectly (for example, a duplicate charge), contact care@qurbo.ai with relevant details (workspace/account, invoice/receipt, date, amount). If we confirm an error, we will correct it, which may include a refund to the original payment method. 7.3 Refund method and timing Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times vary by bank/payment method. 8) Plan changes and pricing changes Plan details. Current plan options, feature limits, and pricing are shown at checkout and/or within the Service. Changes. We may add, remove, or modify plans, features, limits, and pricing over time. Notice. If changes materially affect an existing Paid Subscription, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, in-app or by email) and apply changes at or after the next renewal unless required sooner for security, legal, or operational reasons. 9) Chargebacks If you have a billing issue, contact care@qurbo.ai first so we can try to resolve it. If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend your account while the dispute is reviewed. 10) Changes to this Policy We may update this Policy from time to time by posting an updated version and changing the “Last updated” date above. 11) Contact Questions about cancellations or refunds: care@qurbo.ai Qurbo Pte.
